Which is the best way for living a healthy life?
Just makes few changes in your lifestyle and you live a healthy
A recently study found that bad behaviors- smoking, drinking alcohol, and exercising and also not eating enough, these all cases it is not good for living a healthy life. Now the time if want to live long life then we need to change these all bad habits

Our lifestyle leave the direct impact on our health. So for living a healthy life we should change our lifestyle. In my opinion on current time "Yoga is the best way to live a healthy life".

There is lots of way to living healthy life and keep physically fit
but i think there is two most easy way for being fit and healthy
Food
Food is the make or break factor for having healthy lifestyle. It will help you to get physically and mentally fit. So, make sure you're having good amount of Fruits, green leafy and lean protein. Make a strict no policy to junk food. Don't forget to consume at least 3-4 liters of water daily.
Workout
By workout I mean, you don't have to go to gym and do hundreds of push ups and lift 10s of kilos of weight. But what you can do to keep your body fit is, make sure you do some 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. That's enough if you do properly.
